Mandate

Fido needed to expand into new markets without multiplying operational overhead. That meant shared design systems, reusable DevOps plumbing, and tight integration between customer touchpoints and internal teams spanning sales, marketing, finance, and back office.

Infrastructure

  • Automated SMS and USSD workflows on AWS (EC2, S3) with failover paths that hit 99.9% uptime.
  • Rebuilt gh.fido.money and ug.fido.money with localization, accessibility, and analytics baked in.
  • Set up CI/CD and observability so deployments, rollbacks, and audits were predictable.

Internal tooling

  • Implemented CRM integrations that improved reporting accuracy by 40%.
